Phase One Regathering Plan

Leadership and the Council of Elders have been working on a phased regathering plan. All phases will offer Livestream worship at 9am, 10am and 10:45am and on the Facebook.com/NorthHeightsLutheranChurch page.

Leadership and the Council of Elders has rolled out phase 1 of our regathering plan working within the CDC and government guidelines with your safety as our primary concern. This includes Sunday Drive-in Church with Communion at the Arden Hills parking lot A, pre-arranged groups of 10 or less to meet for prayer and small groups at Arden Hills on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings, Thursday evening Counseling Clinic, and Communion Tuesdays at the Roseville Fellowship Hall for groups up to 50.

DRIVE-IN CHURCH WITH COMMUNION

Sundays, May 24–June 28, 11am, Arden Hills Parking Lot A

Working within the CDC and government guidelines, North Heights will begin phase one of our phased regathering plan beginning with Drive-In Church.

How Drive-In Church will work:

  • Parking lot attendants will direct cars into parking spots to maximize spaces in Lot A and direct cars out for a safe traffic flow
  • A pre-packaged bulletin with Communion elements and activities for kids will be distributed so you can remain in your car
  • Tune your FM radio to the frequency indicated in your bulletin that will transmit across Lot A
  • Restrooms are available inside Door A
    • Please wash your hands before and after use
    • When visiting the restroom, face masks are encouraged for the comfort of others—remember to social distance
  • Weather cancellations will be communicated by Sunday at 9am on NorthHeights.Church/BreakingNews and the Facebook.com/NorthHeightsLutheranChurch page; livestream worship will be offered rain or shine at 9am, 10am, and 10:45am

The following guidelines will be put in place with your safety as our primary concern:

  • Staff and volunteers are strongly encouraged to wear face masks (and gloves if distributing materials or cleaning)
  • Staff and volunteers will be temperature checked—anyone with a temperature above 100.4 will return home
  • If you are not feeling well, please stay home and enjoy the Livestream worship at 9am, 10am or 10:45am

PRE-ARRANGED GROUPS OF 10 OR LESS

Working within the CDC and government guidelines, the Arden Hills campus will be open on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings for pre-arranged groups of 10 or less to meet for prayer groups and small groups and Thursday evenings for the Counseling Clinic.

  • Begin the small group pre-arrangement process by contacting Pastor Jordan
  • For the Counseling Clinic, begin the intake process by calling 651-797-7484
  • Once your prayer group or small group has been pre-arranged, check in with the receptionist at Door B before meeting with your small group 
  • Communion is offered at the Roseville Fellowship Hall, Tuesdays at 9:30am for up to 50 people

Pre-arranged groups of 10 or less are to follow these guidelines with your safety as our top priority:

  • Staff and volunteers are strongly encouraged to wear face masks (and gloves if distributing materials or cleaning)
  • Social distance within each space
  • Face masks are encouraged for the comfort of others
  • Wash your hands before and after using the restroom
  • Hand sanitizer is available throughout the facility
  • After each small group session, the rooms is sanitized
  • If you are not feeling well, please stay home
