COVID-19 Safeguards

COVID-19 SAFEGUARDS

We’re excited to be gathering with you again!

Our goal through this season of COVID-19 is safety to protect you, our staff, and others as we comply with the Center for Diseases Control (CDC) guidelines and the Minnesota Governor’s Executive Orders.

Symptoms of COVID-19 can include:

  • fever
  • chills
  • sore throat
  • cough
  • headache
  • loss of taste or smell
  • shortness of breath
  • muscle pain
  • gastrointestinal (nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea)

If you’re experiencing any of these symptoms, please refrain from attending for the safety of others.

We strongly encourage you to wear a face mask. Face masks are available at the COVID-19 Resource Table.

Remember to social distance at all times by maintaining at least 6 feet from others not living with you. This includes the distance from others next to, in front of, and behind you. We have placed signs to help with recommended distancing.

After services, events or gatherings, please exit right away and return to your car or mode of transportation.

Thank you for helping each other stay safe and for your understanding through the capacity limitations.

Phase Two Regathering Plan

June 19, 2020

Dear North Heights Family,

We miss you!  It seems longer than three months since we last worshiped together at our campuses. The North Heights Leadership Team and the Council of Elders have been working really hard to develop a regathering plan with your safety as a top concern. As we regather, we want to provide a safe environment so that people feel comfortable as they hear the Gospel.

In May and June, we rolled out phase one of our regathering plan with Tuesday Communion at Roseville and Drive-In Church, Counseling Clinic and small groups of 10 or less at Arden Hills.

Now, I am so excited to share with you phase two of our regathering plan. On Sunday, July 5 at 10:30 a.m., we will hold a combined worship service with Communion in the Arden Hills Worship Center (250), Great Hall (250) and Chapel (50).

For the rest of the summer, starting Sunday, July 12, worship services will be held at both campuses.  Roseville: 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. and Arden Hills: 10:30 a.m. Online worship will continue for those who are most vulnerable at: 9am, 10:30am and 11am.

Worship at Roseville

During this current phase of COVID-19 social distancing, sanitizing and room occupancy restrictions, the Roseville campus can only accommodate 200 people for each worship service (100 in the Worship Center and 100 in the Fellowship Hall). Also, the 10:45 a.m. service is moving to 11 a.m. to allow more time to sanitize between services.

Will you help us make these adjustments‭?  ‬

If you attend Roseville services, we are asking those with last names beginning with A-M to attend the 9 a.m. service and those with last names beginning with N-Z to attend the 11 a.m. service. Other options are to attend the 10:30 a.m. Arden Hills worship service or watch the 9 a.m. Roseville live stream worship service in the comfort of your home–a great option for those most vulnerable.

I know this isn’t ideal, yet I hope you will agree that it is better to gather at Roseville with limitations and adjustments then to keep the campus closed.

Worship will be different at both campuses then it was last March. We need to observe social distancing and room  capacity limitations as we follow the CDC guidelines. Please review the COVID-19 Safeguards before we gather.

Thank you for your understanding as we navigate through these unusual times, and please keep praying for an end to this virus.

I look forward to worshiping with you in July!

In Christ,

TJ Anderson
Senior Pastor
